Chilean Sea Bass Recipe Grilled
Do you have special occasions coming up? Maybe an anniversary or birthday? This Chilean sea bass recipe is a great meal that will be a hit with your guests or your significant other. This is truly one of our favorite fish recipes, and it's a bonus that it's a simple recipe.
It's also a good choice for any weeknight meal. You can cook this flaky fish along with great sides in 30 minutes or less. My kind of cooking.
Be picky about your sea bass. Find a good quality fish. We like going to Whole Foods grocery stores, Central market or a local fish market. Asian markets many times are great places to find this white fish. Also, look in your local area or ask on social media where people recommend buying good quality fresh sea bass. If you can find Wild Chilean sea bass, that will make the recipe even better.

I don't know about you, but I didn't grow up eating fish. My parents for some reason didn't cook it. We lived on a farm and had plenty of beef, chicken and pork but no fish. If this is your first time eating fish, this Chilean sea bass recipe is a good option. It may take you a little bit to get used to eating fish, but I think you will like this recipe.
